Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat heart failure. It reduces the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with long-lasting (chronic) heart failure. It is generally given along with other heart failure medications.Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time each day for maximum benefits. The dose and how often you take it will be decided by your doctor and may change depending on how well you respond to the medicine. Keep taking the tablets regularly as they have been prescribed and try not to miss doses to get the most benefit. Do not stop taking them even if you are feeling well. The medicine prevents future complications.Common side effects of this medicine include angioedema low blood pressure (hypotension) impaired renal function and high potassium level in blood (hyperkalemia). To reduce the risk of dizziness that may caused by low blood pressure try getting up slowly from a sitting or lying position. If these or other side effects are severe or do not go away tell your doctor.Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines for blood pressure or heart conditions or if you have kidney or liver disease. Also let your doctor know all other medications you are using as they may affect or be affected by this medicine. This medicine should not be taken during pregnancy and is not recommended while breastfeeding. While on treatment with this medicine your doctor may advice regular monitoring of blood pressure and regular kidney function.

However the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION <p> Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. If you miss a dose of Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Also those who are allergic to the use of ACE inhibitors or ARBs should avoid using this medicine. It should not be used along with other antihypertensive medicines like ACE inhibitors or ARBs. Do not take it for at least 36 hours before or after you take an ACE inhibitor medicine. If you are not sure consult your doctor.| Q. What should I tell my doctor before taking Vasmada 49mg/51mg Tablet?::: Tell your doctor about all of your medical conditions including liver or kidney disease history of facial swelling (angioedema).
