This medicine may increase your weight blood sugar and cholesterol but modifying your lifestyle by having a healthy diet and exercising regularly can reduce this side effect.Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. | - Driving : UNSAFE <p> Triphy R 2mg/2mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Triphy R 2mg/2mg Tablet can cause blurring of vision dizziness mild nausea and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive. | - Kidney : CAUTION <p> Triphy R 2mg/2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. If you miss a dose of Triphy R 2mg/2mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
