No dose adjustment of Semtor 20mg Tablet is recommended.However inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as the use of Semtor 20mg Tablet should be avoided in case you are unable to pass urine or the kidney damage is due to some medicines. | - Liver : CAUTION <p> Semtor 20mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. If you miss a dose of Semtor 20mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

What are the side effects of Semtor 20mg Tablet?::: The common side effects of Semtor 20mg Tablet include headache dizziness dehydration constipation decreased blood pressure and stomach upset. Some of the serious side effects of Semtor 20mg Tablet include dehydration and electrolyte imbalance rapid or excessive weight loss vomiting blood chest pain difficulty breathing or swallowing blisters or peeling skin hives rash and itching. Does Semtor 20mg Tablet increase creatinine?::: Yes Semtor 20mg Tablet may cause a mild increase in creatinine values depending on the dose you are taking.
