Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Rayforte LM 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

In case you have missed a dose take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to doctor. It may cause nausea vomiting diarrhea and headache as its side effects. it may cause some amount of dizziness so do not drive or do anything that needs attention.

If you miss a dose of Rayforte LM 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet SR take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
