Nulet 15 Tablet is an antipsychotic medicine. It is used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder that can result in hallucinations or delusions and also adversely affects a person’s ability to think and behave) and mania. It can also be used to treat depression and bipolar disorders.Nulet 15 Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food preferably at morning. However it is advisable to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. Some common side effects of this medicine includes nausea vomiting blurred vision and dryness in mouth. Initially this medicine may cause sudden drop in the blood pressure when you change positions so it is better to rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It may take 4-6 weeks to see the full benefits of this medicine.| Q. Does Nulet 15 Tablet affect you sexually?::: Yes Nulet 15 Tablet may cause prolonged and painful erection (priapism) in some patients. It may also cause impulse control disorder wherein the patient may develop urges or cravings that are irresistible and unusual for that person. What should I avoid while using Nulet 15 Tablet?::: Nulet 15 Tablet may commonly cause sleepiness sedation dizziness blurred vision and double vision. Avoid driving and using heavy machinery if you experience these symptoms. You should also avoid over-exercise over-exposure to heat or getting dehydrated by avoiding direct sunlight.
