It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain inflammation and fever in various conditions. It also promotes healing at the site of inflammation.Nimcept SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea vomiting diarrhea stomach pain increased liver enzymes and heartburn. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.Before taking it you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach high blood pressure or have any trouble with your heart kidneys or liver. If you miss a dose of Nimcept SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

However it should be continued if advised by the doctor.| Q. Can the use of Nimcept SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet cause damage to the liver?::: Nimcept SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet contains nimesulide and paracetamol and both these medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in doses above the recommended level. Also avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease.| Q.
