Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

Lortag MR 8mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse you should let your doctor know. If you miss a dose of Lortag MR 8mg/4mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
