In Immunoglobulins deficiency Immuno-H Infusion strengthens or boost the immune system and lower the risk of infection in persons with a weakened immune system. It works by producing antibodies against foreign substances thereby fighting against infection. It is also used to increase the blood count (platelets) in persons with a certain blood disorder (idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura-ITP). This helps stop bleeding and promote the formation of blood clots.

Immuno-H Infusion is used to strengthen the body's natural immune system to lower the risk of infection in persons with weakened immune system. It is made from healthy human blood that has a high level of certain defensive substances (antibodies) which help fight infections.Immuno-H Infusion has been shown to be effective in preventing infections in bone marrow transplant patients more than 20 years of age in the first 100 days post-transplant. It is used in the treatment of patients where antibody-forming capacity is severely impaired thereby subjecting them to a greater risk of infections. Immuno-H Infusion gives you antibodies that your body is not making on its own so you can fight infections. Both children and adults can have this therapy. It is administered as an injection. Your doctor will monitor you for some time after the administration of Immuno-H Infusion to check for any side effects.Immuno-H Infusion may sometimes cause side effects like jnjection site reactions such as swelling redness pain induration itching bruising and rash and flushing (sense of warmth in the face ears neck and trunk) . If you get any of these or other side effects or just feel unwell you should tell your doctor. There may be ways of preventing or reducing these effects.Before using it you should tell your doctor if you have any problems with blood clotting and if you have recently had or plan to have a vaccination. It is not known whether this medicine is completely safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding so please take advice from your doctor.

Although there are limited studies in humans animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. | - Breast feeding : CAUTION <p> Immuno-H Infusion should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body. | - Driving : UNSAFE <p> Immuno-H Infusion may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.You may experience side effects (for example dizziness or nausea) during Immuno-H Infusion that might affect the ability to drive. | - Kidney : CAUTION <p> Immuno-H Infusion should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Immuno-H Infusion may be needed. Please consult your doctor. | - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED <p> Immuno-H Infusion is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Immuno-H Infusion may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Q. What should I keep in mind while taking Immuno-H Infusion?::: Immuno-H Infusion can reduce the efficiency of some vaccines (like measles/mumps/rubella or chickenpox vaccines). So inform your doctor that you are on Immuno-H Infusion before you get any vaccines. Let your doctor also know if you are pregnant planning to get pregnant or if you are breastfeeding. Patients should be adequately hydrated before administration of\u003cbr>Immuno-H Infusion.| Q. If I feel fine does it mean that I can discontinue my treatment with Immuno-H Infusion?::: No this only means that you are responding well to the treatment. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting the doctor. If you stop the medication before completing the treatment then you would be putting yourself at risk as your body would no longer be able to fight infections. However in case of doubt you should always talk to your doctor.| Q. How long will it take for Immuno-H Infusion to start working?::: Your symptoms may take 3-4 weeks to improve. This duration can vary depending on the disease you have and the way you respond to the treatment. If you are not sure consult your doctor.| Q. Can Immuno-H Infusion cause kidney damage?::: Yes Immuno-H Infusion can cause kidney damage but not in everyone. Patients having a pre-existing kidney problem diabetes and hypovolemia (a decrease in the volume of circulating blood) are at risk of developing kidney failure. Additionally patients who are overweight over 65 years of age and who are using medicines that can cause kidney damage are also at risk of developing kidney failure. Also Immuno-H Infusion which has sucrose fructose or maltose as an ingredient in it is more likely to cause kidney damage.| Q. Does Immuno-H Infusion cause hair loss?::: No Immuno-H Infusion does not cause hair loss. If you experience hair loss it might be due to some other underlying problem.
