Some people may develop a temporary fall in blood pressure (hypotension) if this medicine is given too rapidly. Your doctor will also monitor you for signs of an allergic reaction such as breathlessness dizziness feeling uneasy hives swelling of face tongue and throat etc. while this medicine is being given.
