It also increases the ability of platelets to stick together and form blood clots.You can take Hemoclot 250 mg/250 mg Tablet at any time of day with or without food but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor.  Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by the doctor and if you have missed a dose take it as soon as you remember. Remember to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor.The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea stomach pain headache nasal congestion sinus pain sinus inflammation rash tiredness and musculoskeletal (bone muscle or joint) pain. It may also cause diarrhea so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help to prevent dehydration. If you miss a dose of Hemoclot 250 mg/250 mg Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
