Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator and it works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant. Is it safe to use Gritus LS Syrup?::: Yes it is safe to use Gritus LS Syrup in most of the patients.
