Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. | - Driving : UNSAFE <p> Cetsum Plus Tablet may decrease alertness affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION <p> Cetsum Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cetsum Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. | - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED <p> Cetsum Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. If you miss a dose of Cetsum Plus Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Are there any foods which I have to avoid while taking Cetsum Plus Tablet?::: Cetsum Plus Tablet contains caffeine. So it is preferable to avoid medicines or food that contain caffeine. Foods like coffee tea cola drinks and chocolate should be avoided as they may add to your total caffeine intake. Increased caffeine intake can cause difficulty in sleeping you may experience tremors and/or have chest discomfort. Also avoid drinking alcohol (beer wine etc.) while taking this medicine.| Q. Can the use of Cetsum Plus Tablet cause sleepiness or drowsiness?::: Yes Cetsum Plus Tablet may make you feel drowsy or may cause you to fall asleep during your daily activities. Avoid driving a car operating machinery working at heights or participating in potentially dangerous activities until you know how the medicine affects you. Inform your doctor if you experience such episodes while taking this medicine.| Q. Are there any special instructions regarding storage and disposal of this medicine?::: Store your medicines in a cool dry place and keep them in the original pack or container until it is time to take them. Are there any contraindications associated with the use of Cetsum Plus Tablet?::: Yes use of Cetsum Plus Tablet should be avoided if you have high blood pressure (hypertension) any underlying serious heart condition or cardiovascular disorder any history of stomach ulcers or overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism). However it can be taken if your doctor is aware of your conditions and advises you to take it. The use of Cetsum Plus Tablet should also be avoided if you are taking antidepressant drugs. These drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) may include phenelzine and isocarboxazid or tricyclic antidepressants like imipramine and amitriptyline.| Q. Can I breastfeed while taking Cetsum Plus Tablet?::: No it is not advisable to breastfeed while using Cetsum Plus Tablet. This medicine contains Cetirizine an antihistamine which can pass into the breast milk and may harm the baby.
