This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke a heart attack or kidney problems in the future. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective even if you feel better.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Benitowa Trio Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Benitowa Trio Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. It also removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.Benitowa Trio Tablet should be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Try to take it at the same time each day. It is important to keep taking this medicine until your doctor tells you not to. It contains a diuretic (water pill) and will make you urinate more so it is best to avoid taking this medicine within four hours of going to bed. Use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit from it even if you feel well. High blood pressure does not usually have symptoms and if you stop taking it your risk of heart attack or stroke may increase.The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea taste change upset stomach diarrhea headache decreased blood pressure weakness numbness of extremities and flushing of skin. Consult your doctor If any of these bother you or get worse or won't go away. If you experience ankle or foot swelling to reduce it raise your legs while you are sitting down.  Drink plenty of fluids while taking medicine to overcome muscle weakness dry mouth and extreme thirst. Dizziness may occur due to low blood pressure hence rise slowly from sitting position or avoid driving.Before taking it let your doctor know if you have any liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor for advice before taking this medicine. You also need to tell your doctor what other medicines you are taking especially those used to treat high blood pressure or heart conditions. You should have your blood pressure kidney function level of electrolytes and blood sugar level checked regularly to make sure that this medicine is working properly.

- Alcohol : UNSAFE <p> It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Benitowa Trio Tablet. | - Pregnancy : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR <p> Benitowa Trio Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. | - Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR <p> Information regarding the use of Benitowa Trio Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. | - Driving : CAUTION <p> Benitowa Trio Tablet may cause dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | - Kidney : CAUTION <p> Benitowa Trio Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Benitowa Trio Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Benitowa Trio Tablet is not recommended in these patients. | - Liver : CAUTION <p> Benitowa Trio Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. If you miss a dose of Benitowa Trio Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
