It also helps treat as well as prevent diarrhea that may occur due to the use of this medicine or due to stomach/gut(intestine) infections. Take it for as long as prescribed by the doctor and avoid skipping doses. This will make sure that all bacteria are killed and they do not become resistant.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew crush or break it. Belthro-LB Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you miss a dose of Belthro-LB Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
