These infections may include tooth abscess gum infection pneumonia diarrhea dysentery burning sensation while passing urine and genital tract infection.Anflox M Suspension inhibits the growth of infection-causing organisms by stopping them from multiplying. It is most likely that your child’s infection will start showing improvement within 3 to 5 days of the regular dosing. Make sure to complete the full course of treatment even if your child feels better. Stopping the medicine abruptly by yourself may worsen your child’s condition or cause infection recurrence.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Anflox M Suspension is to be taken with food.

Anflox M Suspension is an antibiotic medicine that is effective against a wide range of bacterial and parasitic infections. In children it is used to treat infections of the teeth lungs gastrointestinal tract urinary tract and genital tract.Give Anflox M Suspension to your child orally preferably at a fixed time either before or after food. In case your child develops a stomach upset prefer giving it with food. The usually prescribed frequency is twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake repeat the same dose but never double up the dose if it is time for the next dose. The dose and duration depend upon the type and severity of the infection your child’s age and body weight so stick to the dose time and way prescribed by the doctor.Some children may develop minor and temporary side effects after taking this medicine. These include nausea vomiting metallic taste headache loss of appetite abdominal cramps and mild skin rash. These side effects usually go away once your child’s body adapts to the medicine. Avoid giving Anflox M Suspension as deficiency of G6PD enzymes can lead to breaking of blood cells resulting in severe anemia.| Q. Can Anflox M Suspension be given along with cough and cold medicines?::: No do not give Anflox M Suspension with cough and cold medicines. Anflox M Suspension can interact with alcohol-containing medicines like cough syrups and cause disulfiram reaction leading to side effects such as nausea vomiting flushing dizziness etc.| Q. What if I give excess Anflox M Suspension by mistake?::: An extra dose of Anflox M Suspension is unlikely to cause any harm. But you must still be vigilant because overdose increases the risk of unwanted side effects such as seizures tremors severe headache sudden weakness blood cell abnormalities and rapid and irregular heartbeat. Rush to your child’s doctor on an immediate basis if you notice any of these symptoms. If you think you have given too much Anflox M Suspension to your child immediately speak to a doctor.| Q. What should I do if my child shows no improvement even after taking Anflox M Suspension for the prescribed duration?::: Speak to your child’s doctor if your child does not show any improvement even after completing the dose. It could mean that the medicine is not able to act against the infection-causing bacteria. Your child’s doctor may change Anflox M Suspension and prescribe some other antibiotic which is known to have a stronger impact on the infection-causing bacteria.| Q. Can other medicines be given at the same time as Anflox M Suspension?::: Anflox M Suspension can sometimes interact with other medicines or substances. Tell your doctor about any other medicines your child is taking before starting Anflox M Suspension. Also check with your child’s doctor before giving any medicine to your child.| Q. Can I get my child vaccinated while on treatment with Anflox M Suspension?::: Antibiotics usually do not interfere with the ingredients in vaccines or cause a bad reaction in a child who has just been vaccinated. However children taking antibiotics should not get vaccinated until they recover from the illness. As soon as your child feels better the vaccine can be given.| Q. What should I tell the doctor before giving Anflox M Suspension to my child?::: Inform the doctor if your child is suffering from heart disease genetic disorders involving blood vessels seizures psychiatric disorders diabetes photoallergy (allergy from sunlight) neuromuscular disorders or rheumatoid arthritis. This is because there is a possibility that Anflox M Suspension may aggravate these conditions and result in complications.
