It is also avoided in patients with a previous history of cholestatic jaundice/liver dysfunction associated with the medicine.| Q. Which is the best time to take Amoclav 625 Tablet?::: Amoclav 625 Tablet may be taken every 8 hours or every 12 hours depending on the dose prescribed by your doctor. It should be taken with a meal or snack to reduce the possibility of getting an upset stomach. Many antibiotics can cause diarrhea. If diarrhea is severe or lasts for more than 2 or 3 days call your doctor.| Q. Can I stop Amoclav 625 Tablet in between if I feel better?::: No complete the course even if you feel better.
