It rarely has any serious side effects and you may only need to take it on days you have symptoms. Please consult your doctor.However it is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. It may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end-stage kidney disease. | - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED <p> Alcet Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Alcet Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Alcet Tablet take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
