To prevent constipation take plenty of fluids while on treatment with this medicine. Dizziness and sleepiness may occasionally occur so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.Before taking Acefate Syrup inform the doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney disease. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine. Do not take antacids within two hours of taking Acefate Syrup.

If you miss a dose of Acefate Syrup take it as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

What should you avoid when taking Acefate Syrup?::: It is advisable to avoid taking antacids within 30 minutes of taking Acefate Syrup since this medicine can decrease the absorption of some antacids if taken together.| Q.
